Based in the thriving city of Katni, Madhya Pradesh, our company has been at the forefront of the refractory industry since its establishment in 1993. Founded by Mr. Ram Kishor Agrawal and co-founded by Mr. Dashrath Prasad Agrawal, our journey has been marked by a relentless commitment to excellence in the field of refractory bricks and related materials.

The fuel crisis has shaken the whole gamut of industrial production. It has become a crime to waste fuel not because you cannot afford to do so but you save the nation’s precious valuable foreign exchange and to reserve the source of energy of the country.

The world’s fuel resources are exhausting and scientists and technologists are searching a new source of energy. We can do at least one contribution i.e. saving of fuel and here comes the use of refractory’s i. e. Acid, Neutral & Basic.

In order to effectively meet the stringent specifications and customers demands of the products of refractories, our unit at Tapasya Nagar, Chaka, is fully equipped modern plant having an installed capacity of 900 Mt. per month with very highly qualified and experienced professionals from the refractories field lead our quest to the stringent needs of our customers our manufacturing strengths include the followings:-

• We have a wide range of 8 Nos. friction skew presses starting from 250mts to 100mts.
• A friction screw press of 150 t for dense quality bricks & 80 T for medium grade bricks.
• High efficiency Muller mixer for uniform mixing.
• A Mill House comprising of continuous coarse and fine grinding circuits with Jaw Crusher, Impact Mill, Bucket Elevator, Storage bins, Pulveriser.
• One modern type Tunnel Kiln which is 200 feet in length having 30 Mt production capacity in 24 hours and also three numbers conventional Down Draught kiln for achieving firing temperature up to 1450◦C.
• Castable /Cement manufacturing unit comprising with disintegrator, Rotary Screen, Vibratory Screen.
• Magnetic separator for separation of foreign material in grinded materials.
• Chemical and physical testing facilities are arranged by our associates.
• Well equipped workshop and carpentry shop for mould manufacture and in-house maintenance.
