He is a first generation entrepreneur and started the refractory with the vision to give livelihood to nearby villagers. With around two decades of experience in refractory business, he is the guiding force behind the success achieved so far.

He is the co-founder and has played an important role from the inception of the factory. His client handling and marketing skills have helped build a huge client base. He is passionate towards taking care and ensuring the welfare of staff members.

He joined the refractory business post completing his education from Pune. He is completely dedicated and focused in business expansion. One of the major focus areas is to use latest technologies in production of fire bricks.
